Good Afternoon,
Just looking for a bit of advice. I don't really have any experience in this area, but I've been asked to look into it anyway.
We have a Cisco UC320 phone system. We are trying to use a dial-in voice-conferencing system that relies on in-call DTMF tones to drive the menus, but it seems that out handsets are not generating DTMF tones. (I've confirmed this by pressing the buttons while on a call to someone, and they cannot hear any tones being generated).
I have admin access to the phone system, and this would seem like something that should just be a toggle setting somewhere, but I'm not really sure where to start looking.
Any suggestions would be very gratefully received.
Best Regards,
Chris.
