Hi
I've currently got my UC500 connected to a SIP trunk which needs authentication.
We are changing provider and the new trunk doesn't need authentication - it allows connection by whitelisting our public IP.
i have tried to change the SIP-UA config and entered a username and password but the trunk doesn't register (i think it doesn't need to actually register with the new provider)
therefore if someone can help me with advice as to what i need to change/add on the config it would be greatly appreciated.

the address for the new trunk is siptrunking.sbc.aql.com - ip address 141.170.24.20
