UC500 - External forwarding in Auto Attendant scritpt

We ran into an issue with with AutoAttendant (in Voicemail menu) on UC500. One of the options in custom IVR script is configured to redirect calls to an external PSTN number. But the calls get disconnected each time someone selects this option. I am attaching here the IVR script made in CUCE Editor. The extension 290 is a floating extension configured to forward all calls to an external number. If we replace this extension with an internal extension, all works fine. Any advice? Many thanks in advance.
