I need to block calls that will result in toll charges for the phone in the public lobby.  I tried setting the Class of Restriction for "From Phone" to user-local, but that doesn't block toll calls (1+ calls).  I can't find anything directly relevant...

Running CCA 3.2Calls are answered by AA, but does not respond to any dial tones. Calls do get routed to the receptionists at the end of the AA as configured.  Any suggestions? Thank you.
