UC560 License Migration

Hi,

I'm aware that the UC560s are end of life, but if I have a spare unit, is it still possible today to transfer the licenses from one UC560 to a spare unit? Ideally, I'd like to be able to do it on my own and there is an option in CCA to do it but I have no clue if it still works, but if that's not possible, is there anywhere at Cisco that still helps with transfers? Thanks for any help offered.

Try to follow the guide attached. Never did but it seems is possible

Thanks for replying, but I have access to that information already. I mostly wanted to know if this method still worked for sure before trying it. I had a meeting with a Cisco employee about something else, but I used that opportunity to ask them about this and they said you can 100% still transfer them.
