We recently had our VoIP system upgraded to CUCM 10.5.2.11900-3
We have 3 "receptionists" that have 7965 desk phone with a 7916 24-line side car attached. One of them also have a Plantronics W730 headset, this phone would not work after the upgrade. The headset would lose connection to the phone and the sidecar would constantly reboot. (the other 2 phones work fine)
Per the recommendation of the firm that did the upgrade, I set up an new phone for this user and she claimed all was working... but it wasn't. Two weeks later she tells me the BLF indicator does not work on the sidecar.
After doing some online searching, I found that in the "Protocol Specific Information" section of the phone config, I need an entry in the SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space field (I apparently missed this when setting up the new phone). When I put in the same value that the 2 working phones have into this phone that is having issues, the problem reoccurs.. headset disconnects and the sidecar reboots.
The load file on the phones is SCCP45.9-4-2-1S
Please note, I am just the on-site Sys Admin, in no way am I a VoIP expert.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Since our upgrade to 10.5 we have had the same problem. Have not yet resolved the issue. I see no replies here as of yet.
