Morning team,
Wondering if you can help, I 'm relatively new to this world and I would appreciate some advise regarding an ATA 192, registered but not dial tone when going off hook.
You can hear tones when pressing the numbers on the analogue phone. Every time you lift the receiver for the analogue phone, the 1st port on the ATA lights up as if all is working ok but still no dial tone.
Is there a setting on the GUI that can affect this?
