Can't catch any connection.disconnect in Cisco VoiceXML

I am using Cisco VoiceXML 2.0 (on a AS5300 on IOS 12.3(13a)) for some simple IVR applications. Even if following the standard and the Cisco-spec, I cant catch any user hangups (connection.disconnect or telephone.disconnect). I cant believe Cisco VoiceXML doesn't follow the vxml 2.0 standard for this important feature - has anyone managed to do this/can anyone provide more details than what is covered in the Cisco VoiceXML Programming Guide. Thanx!
