Cannot Access "rommon"

Hi,

I have a problem w/ cisco router 1751-V, it stuck on this error below:

I already tried to access, "rommon" using key combination alt-b / ctrl + break / pressing PAUSE BREAK key for 1minute / send break key using TERATERM or Putty console still no avail. I suspect that the ROM firmware might have the problem because I opened the router and remove the RAM module supposed it will go directly to "rommon" mode but it did not, i did try also to removed cards (WIC and/or VIC), still does not resolve the issue. Is there a software that we will be able to re-install/re-flash ROM firmware of this device? we're not able to use the TFTP server since we cannot access "rommon"mode. Really need help.

I only try those two(terraterm/putty),  okay will try  this one as soon as i get into the office, do you have any  suggestion  for best remote client software?

Sorry, I meant another computer/laptop.

I use SecureCRT but it won't make a difference.  Try a different machine.

When I boot-up the router, the system will prompt this message:

Status LED on VIC2FXO-M1 is AMBER, also I tried to unmount this card but when I boot up, it would not show any prompt on the screen..

Don't worry abput the lights on the FXO card.

You either have bad flash or are missing the IOS

If the IOS is missing, you will need to load it via XMODEM:
