Hi,
the exact requirements for CCVP can be found at
http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/le2/le37/le65/learning_certification_type_home.html
As you can see from there:
CCVP Exams & Recommended Training
Required Exam(s) Recommended Training
642-642 QOS Quality of Service (QOS)
642-432 CVOICE Cisco Voice over IP (CVOICE)
AND
Cisco Voice over IP Fundamentals (CVF)
642-425 IPTT IP Telephony Troubleshooting (IPTT)
642-444 CIPT Cisco IP Telephony Part 1 (CIPT1)
AND
Cisco IP Telephony Part 2 (CIPT2)
642-452 GWGK Implementing Cisco Voice Gateways and Gatekeepers (GWGK)
So in fact you need a lot more than just the CVOICE. Contact a Cisco Learning Solution Partner (guess which one I would recommend ;-) to get informations regarding the required classes and the proper order to take them.
Hope this helps! Please rate all posts.
Good luck with your CCVP! Martin

As he just asked for the prerequisites the CCNA is enough to take the CVoice exam.
When I did that exam last year the passing score was 734.
