I have a cisco cme with a SSCP Phone and SIP phone,i configure the shortcut numbers example the number 002162679606970 his shortcut is #1620.
this configue is working properly with a SCCP PHONE and below my config
#telephony-service
#bulk-speed-dial list 1 flash:code.txt
which is writting in the text file code.txt:
620,002162679606970,Siege.
but with the SIP phone does not work
anyone help me,please
