CME call logs

Hi friends,

I have configured CME in our company and it working fine. I want to save all call (logs)records in one of the location so i did syslog configuration in router. Is ther anyway to get cdr file like CUCM in cme? if not i would like see cme syslog file in excel format. please post answer if you have idea abt it.

Hi,

You can configure your CME to capture records in csv format and send it to an external FTP server (File Accounting method).
