Hi, I have a cisco 7941 that I can not configure . Although I have unlocked the settings with the sequence " ** # " most of the settings can not be changed . I have to enter the parameters of my SIP provider. How can I do? I also tried to download " Cisco Configuration Assistant " but asks me username and password for my cisco ip phone , I do not know

I presume this is going to running on non-Cisco call server?
If the answer is yes, then is DHCP option 150 enabled?
