We provide a dial tone so the customer may enter the phone number he wishes to reach. We do not receive all digits dialed by the customer. Is there a parameter or a setting that would lead to the resolution of that problem.
Check whether ""timeouts interdigit command" is configured for a low value. If so, when you dial slowly, all the digits wo'nt be collected , as the timer expires.
