We have discovered that we are having issues with transferring calls and then hitting additional keys.
Here's a scenario,
I dial (***)***-5239 (Chads personal extension) from my cellphone
He transfers me to 5320( Medical Records AA)
I hit option 1 for copy of records AA and the prompt does not work.
I also tried this from an outside landline and got the same result. DTMF Function is not recognized.
If I call 5239 from my desk phone(5545) 4 digit dial
Her Transfers me to 5320
I hit option 1 and the prompt works fine.
I am very new to the Cisco CUCM world and don't know a lot about the networking side of this world just yet.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like an issue with the border gateway you are using to route calls from PSTN to CUCM.
If the gateway is connected via SIP check that you have dtmf-relay configured on the dial-peers towards ITSP and CUCM.
Unity Connection would support rfc2833 and sip-kpml. Also, your provider might not support every dtmf mechanism.
