Hi all!

I have very strange situation. I put 2 AS's conneted by 2 PRA's to TDM. I'm doing VoIP between two sites, 2 Mbps throughput. In some cases there is very poor voice performance (bad quality).

Are any tools, configuration, console commands that can help me find the problem. My gues is that SP has poor line and how can I make sure that the problem is on SP network.

You may check with NBAR which particular application is consuming more bandwidth. Also allocate bandwidth according to priority. It could be a issue wiht the SP too. Not sure how to check that.
