Fast Dial usage

Sorry if my message attears twice but on first submit the website gave me an error...

However, is it possible to transfert all tha fast dial information from a user account to another.

The first one is to be deleted and the other one will replaced the first one. The users do not want to have to retype all the information each time they arrive...

You can use BAT If you need to add or modify large number of users.

One more question about the BAT tool.

If I want to integrate VG224 phones what template shall I use ?

I tried VGC Phones but it always gives a VG248 gateway in the end.

Do you have a solution ??
