Hello,

that is what I got. All I can find about disconnect-cause 10 is is "fail no user" ??, can someone tell me something more about that? I think it was an error because it happened when I was talking on the phone an suddenly the conversation stopped.

If you have a cisco router on any side, do the following debugs:

debug cch323 h225

debug cch323 h245

debug isdn q931

Also it would be usable to describe your current voip setup, which elements are included etc...
