incoming pstn calls not being forwared to CallManager

2611xm w/ nm-hdv-2t1 using t1 cas on two t1s...wink/start shows good and one of my dial-peers appear to try and handle it, but doesn't show incoming # and caller receives error saying call can not be completed as dialed.

Output from debug dialpeer...the incoming digits (according to my telco are 7116...callerid is not supported on the t1 trunks coming in...
