Hi,
Can we use Multi-MOH in CUCM ver 10.5 for device specific? for example:
if a postpaid agent press "hold" button from there IP-phone then customer will haar the postpaid prompt and
if a prepaid agent press" hold" button from there IP-Phone then customer will hear the prepaid prompt.
i have to configure the Multi-MOH within device (IP-Phone) specific?
