CCM 3.3 have installed , IP communicator or IP phones within the LAN is not problems to communicate, also if both side use public ip address to register in CMM, they still can communicated. The problem is one side with public IP, other side with a private IP, the side of private ip address can't hear side of public ip address,

Any one can help me to resolve this issue.

one of the main problem i have seen with oneway audio is codec issue, when there is a codec mismatch between both the parties communicating.

I have expericed this problem many time , recently while trying to communcate quintum with as5400, but it was a bug on the SW version of tenor, 102.

when i downgrade to old version , it works fine , reported the same to quimtum(may be they fix it soon).

the other problem which you have is because of natting, the voip protocols like h323,sip those can only handle signalling , the port on which the actual traffic is sent is random, Nat router transfers signalling traffic, but when audio traffic comes nat router doesnt know where to forward, it forwards to same port and ends in oneway speech !!!

the solutions for this is:

use ip tunneling or use friendly nat protocols lioke IAX..

there are more issues for one way speech , hope this can help you.

thanks
