Cisco Media Gateway Controller Software is available at Cisco.com.

PGW is a Solaris based software and can operate as you required.
this software can be bought from Cisco partners but I should advise that is not a trivial installation and operation software.
there is some tools that help you to manage it, like the VTSP but MML (commands like old DOS) is better in my view.
give a look at this page because you also need to decide if you will use it in signaling controller or call controller mode:

Sohail,
it's not that I don't want to give you the steps, but PGW is very complex in term of configuration. My suggestion to you is to first check if you have the minimum requirements for SS7 interconnection in your company: do you have a designated POint Code for example?
The following manual is very helpful about configuration:http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/pgw/9/provisioning/guide/prvgde.html
but I suggest that if you are not very familiar with this, you should get a Cisco Partner to assist you. PGW also depends on what region you are since SS7 have different "flavors" for interconnections in terms of protocol.
Unfortunatly we can't assist you directly but you can try companies like Promon / Logicallis in Latin America or like Dorotel in Miami.

Daniel

Sohail,
I never saw PGW installed at Intel boxes with Solaris.
AS5350 will have 2 functions: SLT and Voice Gateway.
look at for SLT: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vcallcon/ps2152/products_configuration_example09186a0080293787.shtml
and on this for voice channels:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_2/voice/configuration/guide/vvfss7c7.html
I know that this is a Cisco forum, but if this is only one or two E1s, did you consider about buy an SS7 to ISDN conversor?

Daniel

I don't believe it is recommended. can you find IOS with SLT option for the 2621?
based on documentation, just the 2611 and 2651:
