We have a full PRI at several locations for VOIP w/ CCM 3.5. I have been requested to prepare a report about how often all channels on the PRI have been in use at the same time or how many concurrent calls the PRI has handled. I run show isdn history and I get no results. I can run show ISDN status but that doesn't give me any usage history. We have MRTG setup for our data network but I haven't figured out how to get it to report PRI channels. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
