Reset Cisco 7012 Ip Phone

Hello, new in this community. I just bought a used 7912 phone and can not reset it, looks like the factory reset option is avoided. Need some advice how to unlock the phone, I believe the phone was locked b y the last owner with the call manager.

Hi @DiegoP ,

Try with this method:

1 Press the Menu button.

2 Use the Navigation button to select Settings.

3 Use the Navigation button to select Network Configuration.

4 Press **2. The phone displays "Do you want to reset all system settings to default values?"

5 Press the Yes softkey.
