sip trunk problem

I have created a sip trunk,and now I can call from my skinny phone to sip phone,but can not call from the sip phone to skinny phone. What can I do next ?To check the route pattern of the sip-proxy or the gateway of the sip environment ? And is there any problems in my setting of the sip trunk?

Hello,

Check where is signaling leg is fail.

a) between sip phone and sip-proxy or

b) between sip-proxy and CCM.

To check second item you can turn on trace on CCM.

Check your Inbound Calls section of the SIP trunk. If you have not selected a calling search space for the incoming calls they will not get handled by CM

I'm having the same problem what version of callmanager are you using?

My callmanager version:4.1(3)

and I find the problem , there was some problem with my route on the sip proxy.I corrected it and it works.I can call each other from both environments.
