Is there a way to determine the timestamp of when a message was left in a users mailbox through System Administrator or something else like MsgStore? I can look at the users account and see MWI is on but not sure when the message was left and a manager wants to know if it is a new one for an employee that is out on an extended period of time.
In SA, no. But you could look at the user's mailbox in Exchange. You could also run the MSM (Message Store Manager) tool - I believe it has a report that gives specifics about user's mailboxes, messages, etc.
