VoIP issue between Cisco 3725 Router and Cisco 2691 Router

Hi !!!

Voice calls are happening from Cisco 2691 to Cisco 3725 router and when calling from 3725 router to 2691 router call goes blank or gets disconnected immediately or gives continuous busy tone. Kindly help in resolving this issue.
