Ability for a Manager to listen in to Calls in B-ACD queue on UC520

We have a client who has several agents in an B-ACD queue on a UC520 and the manager would like to have the ability to hit a button on their phone to listen in to the call for training and call quality.


Any ideas on we could accomplish this?  Whisper Intercom is one-way and I am not sure if using barge with shared extensions would work as I am not sure how a shared extension would function in B-ACD.

The only way to listen to calls on a UC500 is with CBarge, which requires an "octal" line (7900 series phone), and a shared extension.  But as you stated, I am not sure if BACD will work with a shared line.  I have not tried this, so I am really not sure, but I think there would be problems with that.
