Additional BRI Interface

Hello all,

I had an UC520 with one interface BRI configured, with installed a new isdn line and connected it to the second BRI interface, we are receiving 4 calls that shows us that the bri is working, but we are unable to make more than two simultaneous call to outside the organization, what i need to change in order to be able to use the additional bri interface to perform outside calls.

Hi Celio.

Firstly I would look at the TE configuration, just make sure it is in-line with what the carrier has provided you on your ISDN line, then check and make sure that the Layer-1 Is made permanently active by the carrier.

Can you do a "debug isdn q931" and capture what happens when you go to make the 3rd call, don't forget to do a "term mon" to capture the debug.
