ATA SPA 122 with router not working ( no audio) connected behind a modem router

Hi community ,

 

I have an ATA SPA122 connected to my modem router ..

i'm not getting any audio. below what i have done so far :

Network configuration :

internet 

|

MOdem Router (Hub 2000) - SagemCom fast 5250

|

SPA 122 (via internet : blue connection)

|

phone

 

i can access into the SPA configuration and everything seems to be connected correctly.

Proxy registration info is Ok as tested it using Xlite sofphone.

 

I have doubt that somethig happening betw my Hub 2000 and my ATA 122...

but i'mnot that expert in networking.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Issue with just audio is matter of either firewall or NAT (most of time). Turn on syslog&debug (highest level) of Voice APplication and caputure them. Capture SIP dialog of failed call as well. We may identify the issue cause then.

You should consider to ask your local network administrator for help. Even with logs I mentioned we be unable to advise you how to configure your router properly.
