I would like for when a calls comes in that the call is automatically picked up with my headset, so that we don't have to click answer.
I've tried the auto answer page which was already set to yes and that did work. Many thanks to All!!

Not described very well. Do you speak about Auto Answer Page option in Supplementary Services section ?
Page is not the same as Call, so such option has no effect on calls.
Auto answer of particular call needs to be requested on call-by-call basic by special header included in INVITE packet:
Call-Info:;answer-after=0

At first I was thinking it was the auto answer Page feature but that isn't the feature that does what we need.
situation: everytime the phone rings for an coming call we would like the phone to automatically answer the incoming call. Please note we all use headsets
This would apply for all incoming calls.
I see your the great wizard so thank you for guiding me, if you tell me how to exactly make the change that would be great.
I can go to each phone manually or to the web ui of each phone.

Well. You never mentioned, even in other threads, what PBX/switch you are using. As I claimed above, the auto-answer needs to be requested on call-by-call basic. There's no phone's option that can change such behavior for all calls (as far as I know).
Either your's softswitch can include required header or you are out of luck.

Our VOIP provider is vonage and they don't have auto answer option. They asked me to check and see if our phones can auto answer all calls.
So your saying the SPA303 does not have an auto answer all incoming calls?

Not so surprisingly. Other subject should not be allowed to place auto-answered call. It is severe privacy issue. So public providers doesn't offer such feature. You need a local soft switch to provide service like it.
