BE 6000 and IVR

Hello!

We have BE 6000 and CCX Promo Bundle License.

Now we need to implement IVR and have one question. Do create IVR do we need additional licenses or seats lics.

Or we can create voice responses only with this CCX Promo Bundle?

Hi,

If you ordered one of the CCX promotional bundles with the BE6000 (not the 5 seat promotion that comes with any UCM), then IVR will be included.

If you are just referring to the 5 agent seat promotion, then you will need to purchase the server / media bundle to use these - again, IVR would then also be included.
