CUCM installtion halt on be6k installtion, system is asking to restart installtion. how can i restart this CUCM VM, it is now halted after network configuration. Restarting VM is coming to same page.

Can you provide screen shot of the error you are getting. If its asking you to restart installation, click on OK and that should restart.

Hi - Hit yes and try again you have no other option. Why is the installation failing - are you installing on a supported hardware/ with proper network connectivity?

yes, its a cisco server pre loaded with VMs from cisco itself.

but i cannot restart or yes to proceed, it is halted that page.

Then from the Vsphere - select this VM - right click and shutdown/restart.

Hi Mohamed,

if this is a new install (ie you don't have any data to loose), I'd suggest you run a fresh install of this application

In vsphere, right click on the virtual machine and delete from disk then using the UCM ova template in the datastore, deploy a new VM.  The application install ISO image is also in the datastore, connect this to the VM to install the app.  Please refer to the BE6000 install guide for more information.
