Hi,
I was given the task to do an interface between a hotel PMS application and Cisco Broadworks telephone system.
I need to open the line when a guest ChecksIn in the PMS and provide his/her name so it will display on the reception telephones.
They suggested I use the OCI-P interface but I cannot locate the API documentation. I was given this doc but it is far from being an API manual
I would be gratefull if someone can point me to an manual that explains the methods or even better if someone knows which (out of the thousands ) methods to use in order to achieve the requested.
Also, since I do not know the Cisco universe, I do not even know whether this is the appropriate subforum for this type of question.
