Good morning ,
I'm trying to set up a voip network for my company . We've a small office with a British Telecom ISDN2e connection.
The ISDN has 2 cables with 8 numbers on it .
We have recently replaced a broken phone switchboard with a Cisco 2811 solution.
The router has one VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE and the ISDN two cables connected to it .
We are experiencing the following :
On the incoming calls we receive this type on message :
SDN BR0/2/0 Q931: RX <- FACILITY pd = 8 callref = N/A
Component = Invoke component, Unsupported operation
Called Party Number i = 0x81,
Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown
ISDN BR0/2/0 **ERROR**: host_facility_invoke: HOST_FAC_INV: B-channel = D-channel call id 0xFFFF
We've called the BT support but from their side everything is fine .
This is the config of one BRI interface :
interface BRI0/2/1
no ip address
isdn switch-type basic-net3
isdn overlap-receiving T302 5000
isdn point-to-point-setup
isdn incoming-voice voice
isdn send-alerting
isdn sending-complete
isdn static-tei 0
sh isdn status :
ISDN BRI0/2/0 interface
dsl 8, interface ISDN Switchtype = basic-net3
Layer 1 Status:
ACTIVE
Layer 2 Status:
TEI = 0, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED
Layer 3 Status:
0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)
Active dsl 8 CCBs = 0
The Free Channel Mask: 0x80000003
Thanks for the answer.
Francesco
