I'm sure I've managed to fix this before, but somewhere along the line I've undone it.
Calls coming into us show the leading 0 truncated, i.e if someone calls from 01279813076 we see 1279813076.
How can we get the 0 back? And prefereable add a 9 to is, so we don't need to edit anything when returning calls.
Thanks,
Adam

Adam,
This currently can not be done in CCA...
*** Warning: If you are using CCA only, or are not a "UC Specialized" partner, modifications though CLI can void support for CCA when calling into support in the future. If you have questions about this, or need asistance please call into support. ***
In CLI, you can add the following translation:
voice translation-profile CALLER_ID
translate calling 4000
voice translation-rule 4000
rule 1 /^\(.*\)/ /90\1/
This translation profile would then need to be applied to the incoming dial-peer, or possibly the trunk group.. Best place depends on the incoming trunk. (PRI, SIP, FXO)
Thank you,
Darren
