I'm tring to use the new Call-back rules in CCA 3.1
The ITSP is nexVortex and they say they are using e.154. All inbound numbers show as +xxxxxxxxxx
I've setup the call-back rule as - * then add the 9
when i select the number in missed or received calls the number called shows up as +xxxxxxxxxx and i get a fast busy.
i assume its beacuse the + is not a valid DTMF digit.
i'd rather not edit the rules with CLI, but if did would i break CCA?

Calling number legnth should be 10 and the prefix to add would be 91. If the number comes in as 11 digits it should be 9. I would add both rules in there.
This video explains it too. Skip to 54 seconds.

If you remove the call back number translations what does the normal CLID show?

the CLID is the same on the history or missed calls and the number when dial is selected
on the missed call screen it says +1732598xxxx

I don't see an option to strip digits from the callback rules menu. Does their SP have a platform that will allow you to modify the CLID that is sent to you? Having them remove it would be the best way to stay CCA compliant.
