Hello, we use the above phones on an IP system
Do you know whether we can set up call record on these and is there an additional cost?

Call recording is not the feature of SPA504G. Such supplemental service may be provided by phone switch the phone is connected to.
Ask again in the forum dedicated to the PBX you are using.
