I have a SPA504G phone that has stopped working correctly. When I dial out or someone dials in, they cannot hear me, and I cannot hear them. Can you please suggest some possible solutions?
Audio not working but call setup works ? It's firewall or NAT issue. SIP packets (call control packets) are passing thru correctly but RTP packets (the audio stream) are blocked. Check NAT/firewall settings, ask your local network administrator for help if necessary.
