Cannot answer SPA504G IP phones...

Hi we have Cisco SPA504G and can make phone calls on them absolutely fine, however when we recei9ve an incoming call we are unable to answer it.  When we lift the handset the phone continues ringing.  Please help.

Can we see the debug log to see what's happening?
