We have an issue with a UC540 and SPA5054G handsets where CFwdAll isn't working as desired.
If we enable CFwdAll on a handset it will only forward calls which are made from an internal extension, all handets have a line which has a DID associated and 2 lines which are assigned to different blast groups which originate from a DID number.
We need calls to be forwarded regardless of if they come from an internal extension or through these blast groups or DID lines.
Please can you let me know how this can be done.
