I'm not sure what topic this goes under, so forgive me if it's in the wrong section. We have a group of 11 phones and I'd like to set it so one phone starts ringing immediately followed by the remaining phones on the second ring.
We have Cisco Configuration Assistant software, so I would assume I have to do the changes on there, I just can't find the right section or the right wording.
