Cisco IP Spa504G - Answering one phone line from a different phone

Hello,

I have a Cisco IP Spa504G phone in our upstairs conference room. I am trying to find a way to make it possible to answer a phone call come into a different line on this phone in our conference room. Or make both lines the same.

Any ideas?

You asked in wrong community, so you received no answer yet ...

The feature you are calling for is not the phone feature, but the feature of the PBX/call manager the phone is connected to. So read PBX documentation/ask PBX administrator how to pickup the other's call.
