Gracias.

Hello, my name is Martin Marques, I am from Argentina.
I have trouble transferring calls with a cisco SPA-112 connected to a PANASONIC KX-TDE100 PBX.
In the cisco I have configured two internal SIP (210 and 211). When I make a call to the internal 210 from any internal and I want to make a transfer of this call to the internal 211, the communication is cut off.
I followed the following steps but did not succeed:
- With a call on the line, press the flash key.
- Wait for the dial tone, and then dial * 98.
- Wait for the dial tone again and then dial the destination number.
- Hang up when you hear the bell.
- To return to the original call, instead of making a transfer, simply press flash.
Can someone help me?
Thank you.

SPA112 is just ATA. It doesn't do transfer - it just asks transfer from PBX (e.g PANASONIC).
Dump SIP packets to verify the transfer has been requested correctly. If yes, then debug PANASONIC.

Presionando *98 + nro destino (Blind Transfer Code)
VOICE > REGIONAL
- Vertical Service Activation Codes
Blind Transfer Code: *98
Attn-Xfer Act Code: (vacío)
- Control Timer Values (sec):
Hook Flash Timer Min: .1
Hook Flash Timer Min: 1.9
LINE X:
- Call Feature Settings
Blind Attn-Xfer Enable: YES
Xfer When Hangup Conf: YES
Gracias.

I add more details.
In the Cisco I have configured two internal SIP (210 and 211). When I make a call to the internal 210 from any internal and I want to make a transfer of this call to the internal 211, the communication is cut off.
I tried both with the Attn-Xfer Act Code method:
- With a call on the line, press the flash key.
- Wait for the dial tone again and then dial the destination number.
- Hang up when you hear the bell.
** IN THIS POINT THE CALL IS CUT, DOES NOT TRANSFER **
Pressing * 98 + nro destination (Blind Transfer Code)
- With a call on the line, press the flash key.
- Wait for the dial tone, and then dial * 98.
- Wait for the dial tone again and then dial the destination number.
- Hang up when you hear the bell.
** I HEAR A BUSY TONE. THE BELL IS NOT HEARD **
In the Cisco configurations, I have this data:
VOICE> REGIONAL
- Vertical Service Activation Codes
Blind Transfer Code: * 98
Attn-Xfer Act Code: (empty)
- Control Timer Values (sec):
Hook Flash Timer Min: .1
Hook Flash Timer Min: 1.9
- LINE X:
Call Feature Settings Blind Attn-Xfer Enable: YES
Xfer When Hangup Conf: YES
Thanks!

As already claimed, SPA112 is just ATA. It doesn't do transfer, it request answer from upstream PBX (PANASONIC). We need to decide who's wrong and we need session SIP packets recording to judge it.

Thanks for your help. Before record SIP packets i found the solution.
- With a call on the line, press the flash key.
- Wait for the dial tone again and then dial the destination number.
- The call is established.
- Press flash twice and hang up.
Through this way i can transfer the call.
Thanks.
