Cisco SPA112 Analog-VOIP adapter

Hello;

I have a new SPA112 analog-voip adapter to integrate my analog phone to my VOIP phone system.  I assign an extension 5xxx to this adapter and it can make call to my other local phone which is extension number 1xxx.  We have a conference system which is using extension 8xxx but when I dial this number 8xxx through my integrated analog phone, I got the busy tone only.

If it is related the setup of dial plan?  I am using the default dial plan from the adapter.  In order to make it call 8xxx extension, do I need to change something here?  I am ok to dial 1xxx extension.

SPA endpoints are covered in the SMB area, you might have some more luck if you move your post over there.
