I will attempt to get this information if it's available and verified.

Thank you, I'm curious as well.
On the other side, I consider the MTBF not so important parameter of end device despite I'm maintaining several phone networks with hundreds users in seven countries worldwide.
So I'm not only curious about MTBF, but also why the scottstuckly is asking for it ;-)

Thanks for the replies. I'm trying to build a maintenance support model and need to determine failure rates for truck roll costing.

I understand. Despite of it I assume the exact MTBF value have not so high importance here. I wish you can select any number from 50000hours to 150000hours (ATA187 claimed MTBF to be 100000hours) with just slight impact to final cost.
I'm almost sure that more devices will be killed by cafe/tea/water, lightning or "wrong power adapter connected by accident" than "natural failure". Not surprisingly your users will not confess it to you claiming "it just become broken". Those failures are not covered in MTBF, but they will strike total cost of ownership more than exact value of MTBF.
Of course, I know no details of your's particular case, so you are on your own.
