Cisco SPA5xxx Syslog Error on Boot: SCCPTCP:ERR:Can't Bind to...errno=49

When all of my Cisco 509g phones boot, they generate a syslog error message (see below) that says SCCPTCP:ERR:Can't bind to c0a801d0:5060 errno=49.

Local0.Info <IP Address> SCCPTCP:ERR:Can't bind to c0a801d0:5060 errno=49

The immediate message after that one is shown below:

02-06-2011 13:17:29 Local0.Info <IP Address> [0]Reg Addr Change(0) 0:0->c0a80164:5060

Note: The numbers in italics change for each phone. I am not sure what these numbers refer to.

Everything works OK, but I am concerned about the error messages.

Italics refers to each IPPhone ip address in hexadecimal format in this case c0a801d0=192.168.1.208 and c0a80164=192.168.1.100
