Hello! Trying to implement autoattendant service and want to understand if their is a way to somehow show that all of the settings (subscribers, their phone numbers, phones files) are on the CUCM? I am having no E1 and connection to CUCM via VPN channel. For example, somebody calling my external number then autoattendant starts and when someone is trying to use short extension it forwarding to CUCM automatically and caller then connects to the inner subsciber by short extension.
Apologize for any misunderstanding because I am not quite familiar with this telephony staff. Maybe it is possible to show me some configuration examples in similar cases. Thanks in advance!
