Cp 8961 sip9.0.4 Addying softkey rule

hello finally my phone's working well with the correct time and setted linekey for speed dial cuz i've just one line.

Now the question is...

How to set up softkey rules?HOw to apply them in connected line, off hook and hook?

Are there some template or other working for cp8961? i tryed to set so but not working.

reading that cp8961 use featury policy to control and setting softkeys. i add deafaultfp.xml with insdtruction but no way to add softkey on the bottom screen... tftp send info but then nothing more appear
