CUE Voice Prompt Speed slow

The UC560 auto attendant prompts often slowdown in speed. When callers reach the auto attendant, the voice recording often times sound very slow. “Thank you for calling our company”, sounds like T---h---a---n---k--- y---o---u--- f---o---r--- c---a---l---l---i---n---g--- etc.

A reload of the CUE solves the issue for a couple of weeks. Each time it happens, I need to reload the CUE. This is happening more frequent now.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

CME software is Version 15.0(1)XA3a

CUE software is 8.0.2

I am pretty sure this was a SW problem in that release of CUE on the UC560 about a year ago (Nov 2010).  I think you need to do a SW upgrade.  You should call the TAC and double check, but thats the problem I remember and the workaround (which is a horrible thing to have to do).

Steven is correct about this issue with CUE 8.0.2.

This issue was fixed in the next software pack, and I would recommend that you upgrade to fix this issue.
